Registration Fee:

395 CHF (Includes the welcome drink on Sunday, as well as the conference dinner on Monday)

Booking Process:

All participants will receive a notification email with the final registration link mid May.

In order to fully register for the conference you are required to pay the registration fee and book your board and accommodation at the Hotel Monte Verita website (link and code will be sent in an e-mail after registration).

1. Registration

After registration you will be directed to a secure page for payment of the “Registration Fee” (CHF 395, this amount must be input manually in the payment page) via credit card, google pay, apple pay or Twint. Once you successfully paid the registration fee with credit card, you will receive two E-mails:

The first E-Mail will be sent by the Saferpay Platform and will confirm that payment of the registration fee via credit card has been successful with the title: «Thank you for using Saferpay.msg»

The second E-Mail will be sent by the CSF database and will contain the Link necessary to access the Hotel MV Web Page.

Registration is considered complete only after the registration fee has been paid.

2. Booking Board and Accommodation

You need to use the link obtained after paying the registration fee to purchase Board and Accommodation.

The rooms available at Monte Verità Hotel are limited and will be allocated on a «first come, first serve» basis.If you would prefer not to stay at Monte Verità or if the rooms there are fully booked, there are a few other accommodation options in Ascona Town, approximately 20 minutes walking away.

Conference Dinner

We will organise a conference dinner on Monday evening at  Grotto Broggini on Monday, 25th of September. Everyone is invited and the costs of the dinner are covered by the organizers of the conference. After the end of conference Day 1, we will walk to the restaurant together and have dinner there at 7:00pm.

Cancellation Policy

The registration fee is not refunded. Board and Lodging fees: the cancellation policy for booked meals and accommodation is dictated by the payment conditions of the hotel and conference centre Monte Verita. According to Hotel MV regulations, board and lodging fees will be refunded as follows:

up to 15 days prior to arrival date: full refund

14 to 7 days prior to arrival date: you will be charged 50% of the total amount due

6 days to 24 hours prior to arrival date: you will be charged 75 % of the total amount due

< 24 hours – no show or early departure: you will be charged 100 % of the total amount due

Liability

The organizers cannot accept any liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to the participants (or their accompanying persons), either during, or as a result of, the conference. Registration or accommodation fees do not include insurance. By registering and paying the registration fee, you accept all the above terms and conditions.
